Can we fly the Palm Z RC Biplane without rudder? TEASER. I will upload a slightly longer video in a few days time. This was inspired by Wil Hobbs. He commented on my "Can we fix the Silverlit Palm-Z indoor biplane? video" - "Could you pre-set the angle on the rudder and try flying it in circles? I would love to see this fly (no joke)". As I am unlikely to find a replacement transmitter I thought it was worth a try as I had nothing to lose. I have spent quite a while trying to find the fault on the transmitter with no success so far. After changing the battery in a previous episode I then found I had no rudder control so today I had a look to see if I could fix it. The bad news is NO, either the receiver is faulty or the transmitter is faulty. Either way I am getting no output on the tags that feed the rudder control. The rudder works fine if I feed power direct.
