Ingradients: दोन वाटी घट्ट दही : 2 bowl Thick Curd दोन बीट : 2 Beatroot एक कांदा : 1 big Onion एक टोमॅटो : 1 Tomato तीन चार हिरव्या मिरच्या : 3/4 Green Chillies एक वाटी कोथिंबीर : 1 Bowl Coriander फोडणीसाठी साहित्य : दोन चमचे तेल : 2 Tablespoon Oil एक चमचा मोहरी : 1 Tablespoon Mustard एक चमचा हिंग : 1 Tablespoon Asafoitida चार पाच कडीपत्तेची पाने: 4/5 Curry Leaves एक चमचा मीर पावडर : 1 Tablespoon Black paper powder मीठ : Salt (as per taste) Procedure : Take 2 beatroots, clean it nicely remove cover and Slice it into very thin pieces , Chopp Onion and tomato. Take sliced beatroots in medium size Bowl add chopped Onion & tomato in it also add chopped green chillies then add curd and mix it well. Take frying pan keep it on low flame, then add 2 Tablespoon oil for fry, once it boils add 1 tablespoon mustard then add 1 tablespoon Asafoitida and curry leaves in it, let it boil for some time then pour this frying mixture (tadka) to the bowl containing earlier mixture of beatroots. Finally add coriander and mix the whole contents thoroughly. Add Salt as per taste later when actually you are going to serve it. It's super digestive Mixture (Koshimbir) and healthy, you can preserve it for one week. This adds better taste to your Lunch / Dinner, or one can eat Chapati with this, its best healthy and digestive diet for all of us...Thanks for watching my videos...
