Whipped Cream | व्हिप्पड क्रीम रेसिपी | How to Make Whipping Cream at Home

Mostly I used to buy whipped cream from the store. But when the first time I made my own whipped cream at home, I realized it’s easier to make it at home. We can make it with Milk cream and powdered sugar. Milk cream can be bought from store or made it at home with fresh milk. Let’s start to make whipping cream.. Required ingredients Milk Cream – 200 gms Powdered Sugar – 3 tbsp How to make Whipped Cream Take fresh cream in a mixing bowl and place mixing bowl in another big bowl over the ice cubes or in cold water. Beat the cream for one minute with electric beater and then add 3 tbsp of powdered sugar. Mix well and again start to beat the cream. Start mixing on low speed and then increase the speed to medium and high until soft or stiff peak form. It will take 7-8 minute to form. Check the consistency of cream that it should be light, fluffy and shine. It should to stick with the bowl when we turn downside the bowl.
