For Salmon the preference would be fillet than steak. Firstly descale the fish and make fillets.
Ingredients used:
Red Chilly Powder
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Pepper powder
salt
minced ginger & garlic
rice flour
mix well all ingredients and leave it for atleast half an hour. Start shallow frying after an hour. Flip over it after 4 minutes. finally sprinkle some lemon/lime zest on top of the fillet. Zest will add nice flavor to the fish Also adding few drops of lime juice. All set to have your crispy pan seared Salmon 😋
