1)Insomnia ( I wake up early in the morning between 3 to 6am and i feel so tired and my whole day is spoiled because of it).And I sleep between 1 to 2 am. When I wake up I am so much tired, irritated and angry. Unable to concentrate on my work And can't remember things.
2) My urine smells and most of the time i have to go to frequent urine. Also, mu underarms smell bad
3) Gastric issue and gastric headache
4) To much Fatigue
5) Mood swings, irritation and anger
6) Premature ejaculation
7) I get urine in between of masturbation
I even leave masturbation still my sleep problem isn't solve. Can you please help or let me know which doctor shall I concern
I am not sure what has happen to my body ...
