This is again ancient time Gujarati Receipe which is v healthy and in today's junk food era I insist you to plz share this Receipe so we can combats the obesity , diabetic and many more disease
In this Receipe I m using single polish rice that is even better than brown rice ,v rich source of Zink,iron and rich with dietary fibre ,we are also adding pearl millet (બાજરી),white millet (જુવાર)and moongdal chilka,so no wheat and ofcourse gluten-free
we r grinding alll coarsely so it is excellent food for constipation patient good for intensine ..v light food for dinner plz make bhaidku premix at home and enjoy it any time
1cup pearl millet(Bajra)
1cup white millet(jowar)
1cup single polish rice or rice of your choice
1cup moongdal chilka
1/2cup green peas
1/4cup carrot chopped
1/4cup capsicum chopped
3green chillies paste
1-11/2inch ginger
curry leaves
coriender leaves
1tomato chopped
2tea spoon oil
1/2tea spoon jeera powder
1/2tea spoon Turmaric powder
salt to taste around 1-1/2tea spoon
u can add peanut powder,coriender cumin seed powder
garlic n onion if u wish to add in tadka
u can cook this in Buttermilk also instead of water
Enjoy this with curd n ghee
