This super easy Ghana Pancake recipe is always a hit in my house! For us, its usually part of breakfast or dessert, but it's amazing for lunch or dinner too!
You will need:
1 cup of flour
150 ml or a tin of one small evaporated milk
1/4 cup of sugar (more or less depending on how sweet you want it)
5 tablespoons of melted butter( use 3 for the pancakes and the other 2 to fry the pancakes)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (more or less is ok)
1/3- 1/2 cup of water- depending on how thin you want your batter to be)- i used a 1/3 cup
2 eggs
*if you like cinnamon you can add half a teaspoon
