1 cup = 240 ml
Ingredients
• 5 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons ghee
• 4 cinnamon sticks
• 4 cardamom
• 10 cloves
• 3 large onions (300g)
• 8 tablespoons ginger garlic paste (60g ginger, 40g garlic)
• 1 green chilly
• 750g mutton
• 3 large tomatoes (225g)
• 2 teaspoons chilly powder
• 1 handful of mint leaves
• 3/4th cup curd (180 ml)
• Salt to taste
• 3 cups basmati rice (500g)
• 5 and 1/4th cup water
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 handful of fresh coriander leaves
