Right so this tabata challenge was actually brutal but was really good to challenge myself. As you may see from the video I'm awful with counting but ended up with 231 reps altogether, so why not give it a go and see if you can beat me!!
The challenge is:
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds of the following exercises, the weight changes for males and females but here it is:
Deadlifts @ 60kg/80kg
Hang Cleans @ 40kg/60kg
Front Squats @ 30kg/50kg
Shoulder to overhead @ 20kg/40kg
You get a minute rest between each exercise change so after you've completed the 8 rounds for each exercise - it should be 19 minutes on the clock in total after you've finished.
