Ingredients:
water
1 pack powdered FULL CREAM MILK 300 grams
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
Procedure:
- Place water in a pot , then dissolve 300 grams full cream powdered milk
- Turn the stove - lowest fire and stir the mixture continously
- Keep stirring until milk is warm, don’t over boil
- Add vinegar
- Stir until milk curdled
- Turn of heat and transfer mixture into a bowl and strain using cheesecloth.
- Dip the cheese mixture in a hot water three (3) times to achieve the elasticity of the mozzarella.
- Add 1/4 tsp salt, and blend again.
- Transfer in a molder.
- And store it in your refrigerator and will last for a week
