الفاصوليا الخضرا ده ولا قصيدة حب؟ الطريقة ده غيرتلي كل مفاهيمي عن الفاصوليا. مين اللي قال ماينفعش باللحمة الضاني؟ كل حاجة تنفع طول ما هي معمولة بمزاج. قطعية الموزة الطرية مستوية على هداوة ومعمول عليها شوربة. الصلصة متسبكة بالسمنة و متكرمل فيها بصل وفلفل حامي وكزبرة. و اللحمة متشربة من الصلصة والشوربة. و تروح الفاصوليا نازلة عليهم و هنشوف في الفيديو ازاي تفضل لونها اخضر ناصع بالطريقة ديه و كمان مش مهرية. I never would have guessed that green bean stew could be this good. Everything I thought I knew about it was wrong. Turns out, I could make it with beautifully tender boneless lamb thank. The lamb broth is added to the tomato sauce making it rich and fragrant. Onions are caramelized in nutty ghee with spicy chillies and ground coriander to act as a sweet base to balance out the acidic tomato sauce. Then the lamb continues cooking in the sauce to soak up all of that goodness. I also show you in the video how I managed to keep the green beans vibrant green color and crisp texture.
