الباذنجان المخلل مزز و حادق و مشطشط و حِرش هي كلمات اقدر اوصف بيها البتنجان المخلل. لكن مهما قلت كلمات عمري ما اقدر ادي الطريقة ديه حقها في الوصف. لازم عشان الرسالة توصل تجربوه و تذوقوا بتنجان مخلل احلى من كل اللي ذوقتوه قبل كدة. و اللذيذ انه مش صعب ابداً Sour, salty, spicy, and savory are all words I could use to describe this picked eggplant recipe.
